O cen\u00e1rio caminha\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>\u00a0o final da pandemia, ou ao menos um ambiente mais controlado, visto que a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>st\u00e1 avan\u00e7ada,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0medidas restritivas passam por um momento de flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Como legado, a covid-19 deixa uma mudan\u00e7a cultural no comportamento dos consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>No primeiro semestre deste ano, o crescimento do\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>-commerce no Brasil se superou, chegando \u00e0 cifra dos R$ 53 bilh\u00f5<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>s, de acordo com a\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">E<\/span>bit|Nielsen.\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">As<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark8td3193pa\">compras<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark0oxis5s2w\">online<\/span>\u00a0s\u00e3o uma via de m\u00e3o dupla. Ao passo que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio criar a cultura das\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark8td3193pa\">compras<\/span>\u00a0virtuais numa diversidade maior de p\u00fablico\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0tipo de produto,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>mpresas tamb\u00e9m precisam se adaptar\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0colocar\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m pr\u00e1tica plataformas funcionais\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0\u00e1geis\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>\u00a0atender \u00e0 alta demanda. Ali\u00e1s, um dos fatores da usabilidade \u00e9 a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do p\u00fablico consumidor \u2013\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>sim, nos \u00faltimos quase dois anos, quem antes n\u00e3o tinha\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>sse h\u00e1bito passou a ter.<\/p>\n<p>Os \u2018nativos digitais\u2019 j\u00e1 viviam nesse contexto, mas pessoas de outras faixas\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>t\u00e1rias, que\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>stavam acostumadas com o ponto de venda f\u00edsico, o pagamento\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m dinheiro, tiveram que se adaptar. A oferta na gama de\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ntrega tamb\u00e9m cresceu. No lado das\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>mpresas, algumas categorias, como farm\u00e1cia\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0petshop, j\u00e1 tinham sua parcela de adeptos, mas o segmento de cal\u00e7ados\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0roupas n\u00e3o\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ra t\u00e3o difundido,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>sim como o setor de\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark8td3193pa\">compras<\/span>\u00a0de supermercado.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo a Confedera\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional de Dirigentes Lojistas (CNDL)\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0do Servi\u00e7o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o ao Cr\u00e9dito (SPC Brasil), os segmentos de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o por delivery\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark8td3193pa\">compras<\/span>\u00a0de supermercado pela internet foram\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0categorias com maior crescimento no n\u00famero de consumidores\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2019\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a02020. O\u00a0<em>food service<\/em>\u00a0passou de 30%\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>\u00a055%, ao passo que\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0vendas de supermercado foram de 9%\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>\u00a030%.<\/p>\n<p>Vi alguns dados indicando que o percentual de consumidores com mais de 45 anos aumentou 27% de 2019\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>\u00a0c\u00e1 \u2013 o que \u00e9\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>sperado, j\u00e1 que o com\u00e9rcio ficou fechado ou com hor\u00e1rio reduzido por muito tempo,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0\u00e9 sabido que pessoas idosas t\u00eam mais risco perante o coronav\u00edrus. \u00c9 o crescimento de um ter\u00e7o desse p\u00fablico com mais de 45 anos, que geralmente tem menos intimidade com\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark8td3193pa\">compras<\/span>\u00a0virtuais.<\/p>\n<p>Quando se fala\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m p\u00fablico mais velho,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0com menos pr\u00e1tica no\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>-commerce, uma categoria que se tornava um desafio\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ra a de supermercados. Pense: tem outra pessoa\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>scolhendo\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0frutas que voc\u00ea vai comer, avaliar se\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>st\u00e3o maduras ou n\u00e3o \u2013 nessa mudan\u00e7a de\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markvf65clj9q\">para<\/span>digma pode acontecer o choque de gera\u00e7\u00f5<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>s. No\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ntanto,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ssa fatia de mercado cresceu\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0deve se manter\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m crescimento no futuro.<\/p>\n<p>Mesmo\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m um cen\u00e1rio de fim da pandemia,\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">as<\/span>\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ntregas v\u00e3o se manter aquecidas.\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1mark4u9n4i8ox\">As<\/span>\u00a0pessoas, seja qual for a faixa\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>t\u00e1ria delas, se acostumaram a ter todo tipo de produto\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>\u00a0servi\u00e7o\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>ntregue\u00a0<span class=\"v1x_v1markns4jkxek3\">e<\/span>m pouco tempo.
