No ano passado, o mundo continuou a se adaptar \u00e0 nova realidade que a pandemia estabeleceu para o consumidor. Desse modo, o crescimento do e-commerce chegou \u00e0 marca de\u00a0<b>19%<\/b>. J\u00e1 para este ano, a proje\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que o setor mantenha o crescimento gradativo e atinja os\u00a0<b>12%.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">O novo coronav\u00edrus transformou o mundo, e com o Brasil n\u00e3o foi diferente. As restri\u00e7\u00f5es se mantiveram por algum tempo em 2021, mas o varejo f\u00edsico viu a retomada gradativa de suas atividades ao passo que a vacina\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7a. O cen\u00e1rio trouxe para o e-commerce um faturamento de\u00a0<b>R$ 150,8 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/b>Para 2022, espera-se que o setor arrecade\u00a0<b>R$ 169,5 bilh\u00f5es.\u00a0<\/b>O n\u00famero de consumidores no com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico tamb\u00e9m deve aumentar de\u00a0<b>79,8 milh\u00f5es<\/b>\u00a0(2021) para\u00a0<b>83,7 milh\u00f5es\u00a0<\/b>(2022). J\u00e1 o ticket m\u00e9dio deve crescer de\u00a0<b>R$ 450<\/b>\u00a0para\u00a0<b>R$\u00a0460<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">Para o ano novo, a ABComm aponta que o crescimento continuar\u00e1, mas de forma mais amena. \u201cTivemos a entrada de milhares de novos consumidores online em 2021. A cada ano, as pessoas veem no com\u00e9rcio eletr\u00f4nico a praticidade dessas compras e se sentem mais seguras com a ideia. Hoje, o setor \u00e9 popular nas diferentes categorias, que incluem desde produtos de bens dur\u00e1veis, at\u00e9 itens de supermercado ou farm\u00e1cia.
