Em seguida, colocar 1 litro de \u00e1gua fria para retirar os ingredientes fixados no fundo da panela. Colocar os peda\u00e7os da rabada e o l\u00edquido na panela de press\u00e3o e cozinhar por aproximadamente 30 minutos, ou at\u00e9 que fique macia.<\/li>\n<li>Desossar a rabada e reservar a carne.<\/li>\n<li>Em uma ca\u00e7arola, aquecer a manteiga e dourar o toucinho ou bacon.
