Formado pelo Senac de Minas Gerais, com especializa\u00e7\u00f5es em S\u00e3o Paulo e Alemanha e 10 anos trabalhando com eventos em Londres, Juliano participou por tr\u00eas anos como Chef nos Festivais Gastron\u00f4micos CEAGESP e atualmente est\u00e1 como Chef do Hotel Resort Villa Di Mantova.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">O evento contar\u00e1 com quatorze tendas gastron\u00f4micas divididas entre a gastronomia local, e chefs renomados convidados. Quatro dos espa\u00e7os estar\u00e3o destinados ao \u201cFestivais CEAGESP\u201d, um dos maiores festivais gastron\u00f4micos do Brasil, que ser\u00e1 comandado pelo chef Juliano Braz. Em seu card\u00e1pio, Juliano traz os sabores do mar e chega chegando no festival com os famosos camar\u00f5es gigantes, bob\u00f3 de camar\u00e3o, paella de frutos do mar e uma variedade de por\u00e7\u00f5es. Pitada brasileira n\u00e3o poderia faltar no festival, o conceituado restaurante de comida nordestina Panel\u00e3o do Norte, hoje com duas unidades em S\u00e3o Paulo, vem ao comando do chef Carlos Ribeiro, apresentando del\u00edcias como; bai\u00e3o de dois, bolinho de jab\u00e1 com carne seca, bolinho de alho por\u00f3 e caldo. Culin\u00e1ria italiana com massas artesanais, al\u00e9m de hamb\u00fargueres, pizzas e carnes defumadas. Ainda na regi\u00e3o, as deliciosas esfihas, kibes, beirutes e tabule da Brazoli Esfiharia que tem em seu comando o chef Fernando Henrique e Tex-Mex diferenciados do restaurante Salsa Verde comandados pela chef Ana Bontempi.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Minas Gerais tamb\u00e9m se faz presente no festival com a chef Ana Lu do Quitutes da Ana Lu trazendo sabores de comidas afetivas com toques mineiros, ingredientes frescos e regionais. O barista Jesse Zerlin traz as novidades do mundo dos caf\u00e9s especiais.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre um espa\u00e7o e outro a Bello Gelato circula no evento, com um carrinho personalizado feito exclusivamente para o festival, sorvetes na caracter\u00edstica do gelato, feito artesanalmente com ingredientes naturais, sem uso de base pronta. N\u00e3o leva em sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o conservantes, aromatizantes, corantes e ado\u00e7antes artificiais.
