A parada t\u00e9cnica, que faz parte do calend\u00e1rio anual de reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendimento, contou com um investimento superior a R$ 1 milh\u00e3o destinado \u00e0 renova\u00e7\u00e3o de estruturas e aprimoramentos operacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre as principais interven\u00e7\u00f5es, destaca-se a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o das coberturas dos bangal\u00f4s, feitas com palha de carna\u00faba \u2014 elemento tradicional e simb\u00f3lico da arquitetura local. O processo tamb\u00e9m contemplou melhorias em \u00e1reas comuns, renova\u00e7\u00e3o de mobili\u00e1rio e a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do Bar da Praia, que agora conta com um espa\u00e7o maior para atendimento ao p\u00fablico e uma nova cozinha, adequada ao crescimento da demanda e \u00e0 diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Com 80 m\u00b2 cada, os bangal\u00f4s do Rancho do Peixe seguem um modelo construtivo de baixo impacto, priorizando a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais regionais, ventila\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada e integra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 paisagem natural. A aus\u00eancia de ar-condicionado, substitu\u00eddo por ventila\u00e7\u00e3o natural, \u00e9 uma das medidas adotadas para reduzir o consumo de energia.
