Segundo Lucien Newton, vice-presidente da vertical de Consultoria do Ecossistema 300 Franchising, o crescimento do setor reflete uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de fatores estrat\u00e9gicos que tornam o modelo ainda mais atrativo para os empreendedores. \u201cO segmento de limpeza e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o tem ganhado destaque no franchising por oferecer servi\u00e7os essenciais, com demanda cont\u00ednua e opera\u00e7\u00e3o enxuta. Por atender tanto o p\u00fablico residencial quanto o corporativo, amplia significativamente o potencial de mercado.
