A Wine,\u00a0<em>e\u2011commerce<\/em>\u00a0brasileiro de vinhos com mais de 350 mil assinantes ativos, automatizou sua frente log\u00edstica com a IA da\u00a0<strong>Cogni2, especializada em IA para automa\u00e7\u00e3o de atendimento,<\/strong>\u00a0e passou a resolver mais de 82% das demandas sem interven\u00e7\u00e3o humana, atendendo cerca de 16 mil contatos mensais apenas neste fluxo. Antes da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o, 25% dos mais de 60 mil tickets mensais eram concentrados em temas log\u00edsticos, tradicionalmente cr\u00edticos para a experi\u00eancia do cliente e para taxas de\u00a0<em>churn<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A ado\u00e7\u00e3o de IA no atendimento j\u00e1 \u00e9 uma tend\u00eancia confirmada em pesquisas de mercado: o estudo\u00a0<em>Global Happiness Index\/2025<\/em>\u00a0mostrou que 72% dos consumidores relatam benef\u00edcios diretos da IA no atendimento ao cliente, e 69% afirmam confiar tanto ou mais em empresas que utilizam essa tecnologia em compara\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s que n\u00e3o usam, com o \u00edndice de confian\u00e7a do p\u00fablico brasileiro chegando a 81%. \u201cEsses n\u00fameros indicam que, al\u00e9m de eficiente, a IA tende a ser bem recebida quando agrega valor \u00e0 experi\u00eancia do cliente\u201d, afirma\u00a0<strong>Andr\u00e9 Fossa, cofundador da Cogni2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O projeto foi iniciado h\u00e1 seis meses. Isso permitiu que a IA deixasse de ser apenas um canal de conversa\u00e7\u00e3o e passasse a executar jornadas completas com decis\u00f5es baseadas em regras de neg\u00f3cio e integra\u00e7\u00e3o a sistemas internos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo<strong>\u00a0Fossa<\/strong>, \u201co que vemos hoje vai al\u00e9m de automa\u00e7\u00e3o: s\u00e3o agentes de IA capazes de operar cen\u00e1rios log\u00edsticos cr\u00edticos, tomar decis\u00f5es e executar tarefas complexas em escala, justamente onde chatbots tradicionais falham.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os resultados de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o expressivos. Clientes que passam pela solu\u00e7\u00e3o de IA da\u00a0<strong>Cogni2<\/strong>\u00a0registraram 92% de satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, e menos de 6% fizeram uma rechamada, muito abaixo dos 20% a 30% observados em benchmarks de mercado.
