Assinado pelo Chef Marcelo Pinheiro, o menu, composto por uma diversidade de op\u00e7\u00f5es de entradas, pratos principais e sobremesas, reinterpreta cl\u00e1ssicos da gastronomia francesa e incorpora ingredientes e composi\u00e7\u00f5es mais atuais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os card\u00e1pios do La Palette Bistr\u00f4 s\u00e3o atualizados constantemente, al\u00e9m de contar com lan\u00e7amentos sazonais para temporadas espec\u00edficas, como menu de ver\u00e3o e menu degusta\u00e7\u00e3o. O card\u00e1pio \u00e9 assinado pelo Chef, que est\u00e1 na casa desde 2019 e atua como chef executivo desde 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O chef executivo conta que o novo card\u00e1pio foi elaborado a partir da inspira\u00e7\u00e3o na culin\u00e1ria francesa contempor\u00e2nea, combinando tradi\u00e7\u00e3o, t\u00e9cnica e criatividade.
